The actual act of coaching:
Your coach will inquire, encourage, advise, challenge, make requests, and listen for your truth so that you remain aligned with who you are, your goals, your values, and your vision. A coach stands for you, not just your goals.
Coaching involves conversations. Sometimes direct suggestions, questions about a tone of voice, or even positive pressure-free assignments. |
